- Group Orders are available for all physical zines and bundles listed on this store. It is not available for PDF zines or any individual add-ons.

- Zines and bundles ordered through Group Orders will include the preorder bonus at the time when the Group Order Manager submits the group order details.

- Zines and zine bundles purchased through Group Orders are eligible for stretch goals, but not eligible for event bonuses.

- Minimum order quantiy for Group Orders is 10. This can be a mix and match between zine only or zine bundles.

- Please note VAT is not prepaid in any UK or EU group orders. The Group Order Manager shall communicate to the group order buyers regarding extra fees they may need to pay for VAT.

- Group Order Managers shall provide a link to their group order sites or examples of any prior experience showing they can handle and fulfill sales of goods.

- Group Order Managers can communicate with the zine mods in either English, Chinese (traditional/simplified both ok) or Japanese. Any other language will be sent through Google Translate and may be misinterpreted.

- After approval, Group Order Managers can organize their Group Orders in a method of their choice and send the zine mods a link to their sites/posts for Group Orders.

- Group Order Manager places an order with the zine mods, clearly indicating the number they want for each item.

- Zine mods will calculate total cost of group order, deducting any savings in group shipping. Zine mods may provide shipping options for Group Order Manager to choose.

- The zine mods are only responsible for receiving the Group Order from the Group Order Manager and shipping it out to the Group Order Manager. The zine mods are not liable after the final product is shipped to the Group Order Manager.

- Zine mods will provide the Group Order Managers with shipping options that may or may not include tracking (but will let the Manager to decide final shipping method), and will package the final product to the best of our abilities. The zine mods are not responsible for any damage or loss caused by transit of the final product. The Group Order Manager can coordinate with the shipping company on any issues with shipment.
