Tracking is available for certain countries only. Untracked shipping will be handled by Canada Post and each country's local post office.
Please note that VAT is NOT prepaid at time of purchase, therefore you will/may have to pay VAT when the package arrives.

SHIPPING TO JAPAN
Shipping to Japan is tracked.
There is an alternative BOOTH store for Japanese-speaking buyers at http://gentsofteyvat.booth.pm . However, shipping to Japan is still available if you choose to buy on the Big Cartel store.
REST OF INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Tracking is available for certain countries only. Shipping to most SEA countries are sadly untracked. Untracked shipping will be handled by Canada Post and each country's local post office.
International shipping is currently set up for the following countries:

SHIPPING NOTES AND DISCLAIMER
Packages will be shipped either in bubble mailers or mailer boxes.
All items on this site are PREORDER items. We expect to start shipping out zines and bundles in late 2024 after production period. Please refer to our Twitter announcements for production updates after preorder is closed.
Any stretch goals, preorder bonuses or event/giveaway bonuses will be shipped together with your order.
The Gentlemen of Teyvat zine mods will not be responsible for any lost or damaged packages after we drop them off at the post. We will inform you of the shipping method after your package is sent out. Buyers can coordinate with the shipping company/post office directly regarding any lost or damaged packages. Tracking numbers will be provided for tracked packages, and label number will be provided for untracked packages.
